From the 12th–16th January, join Dorian Mallia for a week of dynamic and technically rigorous ballet classes designed for professional dancers. Rooted in clarity, musicality, and efficient placement, the sessions progress from a grounded barre into expansive, full-bodied centre work. The class emphasises coordination, strength, and articulation, encouraging dancers to move with both precision and creative freedom—ideal for advanced and company-level artists seeking a ballet practice responsive to contemporary performance demands.

From the 19th–23rd January, join international guest artist Jacob Gómez for a week of contemporary dance classes offering an immersive encounter with his physical and creative methodology. Blending improvisation with technical practice, the sessions invite dancers to expand physical limits, sharpen perception, and allow organic, responsive movement to emerge. Through dynamic explorations and investigative choreographic sequences, dancers cultivate alert freedom, energetic continuity, and an expressive body that moves beyond form to communicate with clarity and presence.
